développer des solutions sur Odoo (v13 à v18+) \n Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions techniques \n Assurer la sécurité des applications en respectant les standards et les bonnes pratiques\n Développer et maintenir des modules backend (Python) \n Intégrer des solutions tierces (API, systèmes mobiles, équipements industriels) \n Mettre en place des automatisations en temps réel (FastAPI, WebSockets) \n Optimiser les performances des bases de données (PostgreSQL) \n Assurer le déploiement, la maintenance et la scalabilité des solutions \n Collaborer avec les équipes métiers (logistique, vente, supply chain) \n Profil recherché\nLicence/Master/Ingénieur en informatique ou équivalent \n Expérience confirmée en développement Odoo Backend \n Maîtrise de Python, PostgreSQL et architectures ERP \n Très bonne connaissance des systèmes de distribution (SFA, logistique, supply chain) \n Expérience en automatisation d’entrepôt (codes-barres, scanners, impression, etc.) \n Connaissance de Linux est un plus \n Esprit analytique, autonomie et capacité à proposer des solutions techniques \n Compétences appréciées (plus)\nExpérience avec Vue.js ou Flutter \n Intégration API (Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.) \n Gestion de gros volumes de données (+100 Go) \n Expérience en architecture
