Status:\nFull-Time\nSalaried\nExempt\nReports to: Engineering Manager\nRole Responsibilities:\nThe Process Control / Instrumentation Engineer will conduct the following duties including but not limited to:\nDesign and implementation of PLC based automated process control for new production systems. \nSystem start-up support. \nEstablishing, implementation of, and maintaining Preventive Maintenance programs for all new and existing process control and instrumentation systems. \nMaintaining all plant process control and instrumentation systems. \nEstablishing, implementation of, and maintaining a Data Acquisition program for all new and existing systems. \nProject Management.\nDevelop and design electrical and controls system schematics and drawings based on engineering principles using AutoCAD/SolidWorks.\nAbility to read, interpret and troubleshoot electrical schematics and control systems.\nOn-call position, may require working nights and weekends.\nEducation:\nMinimum of 5 years related work experience.\nExperience/Skills/Abilities:\nThorough knowledge of industrial process control and instrumentation.\nJob Expectations/Working Conditions:\nPossess a valid driver’s license.\nAbility to stand for prolonged periods of time.\nAbility to ascend/descend stairs in buildings. \nRequires ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. unassisted.\nRequires frequent bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and pushing.\nAbility to work outdoors throughout the year in extreme
