(US-Only)\nReports to: Financial Planning & Analysis Director \nRole Responsibilities:\nAct as the dedicated finance partner to the Seeds leadership team, supporting day-to-day and strategic decision-making\nOwn financial reporting for the Seeds businesses, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and relevance of information\nIdentify and drive value creation opportunities, with a strong focus on cost structure, margins, and operational efficiency\nImprove cost visibility and discipline, leveraging cost accounting expertise to enhance decision-making\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes\nTranslate financial results into clear insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and required actions\nPartner with operations and commercial teams to evaluate pricing, profitability, and investment decisions\nStrengthen financial processes and controls where needed, without adding unnecessary complexity\nSupport ad-hoc analysis and projects as required by business leadership\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields required.\nMaster’s in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
