Security Manager\nJob Status: Full-Time and Salaried\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nNetwork Support & Configuration:Provide network infrastructure support and manage configurations, including upgrades and modifications to the network and other installations.\nConduct network performance analysis, including traffic load, connect time, transmission speeds, and throughput to ensure optimal performance.\n\nTelephone Systems Support:Provide second-level support for telephones and telephone system infrastructure.\nEnsure the highest levels of availability and reliability for the telephone systems infrastructure.\nCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and IT personnel to resolve telephone system-related issues.\n\nCollaboration Tools & Videoconferencing:Support and maintain collaboration applications and videoconferencing systems to ensure effective communication within the company.\n\nCybersecurity & Endpoint Security:Protect the company’s data and information systems from cybersecurity threats.\nIdentify, analyze, communicate, and contain cybersecurity incidents when they occur.\nDeploy, monitor, and maintain endpoint security for servers and computers.\nSupport email security solutions and monitor systems for vulnerabilities.\n\nMicrosoft Office 365 Security & Audits:Support Microsoft Office 365 security solutions and perform security audits to ensure compliance.\nCollaborate with other IT teams to maintain up-to-date IT systems.\n\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline (desired).\n\nTechnical Skills:Proficient in PC operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, Mac OS, and Linux.\nKnowledge of installing, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Server Operating Systems.\nExperience with On-Premises Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.\nKnowledge in Microsoft 365 applications and security, including:Intune\nExchange Online\nTeams\nOneDrive\nCompliance and Security\nSecurity audits\n\nNetworking Knowledge:Experience with LAN/WAN networking, IPv4, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and LDAP protocols.\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity standards and best practices.\nKnowledge of email security solutions.\n\n Communication & Language Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.\n\nTravel:Occasional travel may be required.\n\nJob Expectations / Working Conditions:\nAbility to work independently or as part of a team
