to machinery or systems.\nOperate and maintain industrial-grade equipment.\nFollow all company safety policies while performing duties.\nUtilize MIG, TIG, and Arc welding units, plasma cutter, oxy-acetylene cutting, welding, and brazing equipment.\nUse precision measuring tools and instruments for repairs.\nRead and interpret electrical blueprints and plans to ensure accurate repair and maintenance.\nSafely operate forklifts, power tools, and other necessary equipment.\nSupply and use personal hand tools for repairs and maintenance.\nPerform any other maintenance tasks as assigned.\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nTechnical training or certification in maintenance or related field preferred.\nExperience / Skills / Abilities:\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nExperience working with industrial-grade equipment, including the ability to maintain and repair such equipment.\nProficient in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques, along with other related welding equipment.\nKnowledge of safety protocols in an industrial environment.\nCapable of following detailed written and verbal instructions in English.\nAbility to read and follow electrical blueprints and plans.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nCapable of working in confined spaces and operating power tools safely.\nForklift operation experience preferred.\nAbility to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs, with occasional heavy lifting over 50 lbs.\nMust be comfortable working at heights and in varying conditions.\nJob Expectations / Working Conditions:\nAbility to move throughout the plant site and production buildings.\nRegularly required to descend/ascend stairs.\nMust be able to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, push, pull, and crawl.\nAbility to work at heights and in confined spaces.\nMust adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment as
