EWS breeds, produces, and distributes high-quality vegetable seeds across a diverse range of crops to customers around the world.\nEWS is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to fill this role. Reporting to the EWS production & operation Manager, the Sales Coordinator is the operational hub connecting sales, production, logistics, and accounting - ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time to both domestic and international customers. The role also provides administrative and HR support to EWS in coordination with Gowan Company’s corporate departments.\nJob Status:\nFull-Time \nSalary\nExempt\nReports to: EWS production & Operation Manager\nRole Responsibilities:\nOrder & Customer Management\nProcess orders from domestic and international customers, serving as the primary point of communication between sales staff, customers, and production to ensure accurate information is shared in a timely manner.\nContinuously monitor open orders to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations.\nAssist export documentation and logistics requirements to ensure smooth, compliant order fulfillment.\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date customer records and country-specific import / export & regulatory requirements.\nFinance & Reporting\nManage the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable process in the company’s system software, with support from the Gowan Company accounting department.\nPrepare monthly sales & accounts receivable reports for management.\nForecasting & Inventory\nAssist the sales forecasting process in coordination with the sales team.\nAssist seed inventory and lab quality data, validating that forecasts can be met and promptly communicating any deviations or unplanned events to the appropriate stakeholders.\nAdministrative & Facilities Support\nSupport the Gowan Company HR department on EWS-related matters, benefits administration, and procedures.\nHelp ensure EWS facilities implement Gowan Company and state safety policies, in coordination with HR.\nCoordinate fleet vehicles, insurance, mobile phones, and general facility needs with Gowan Company.\nTake on additional responsibilities as needed to support the growth of the business.\nOther Duties as Assigned\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nExperience / Skills / Abilities:\n3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or operations management.\nExperience in the seed or agriculture industry preferred.\nExperience with ERP systems required.\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency in English required;
