to managing financial performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIsrael Financial Ownership\nOwn the Israel entity's financial results, including P&L, balance sheet, and operating expenses.\nEnsure accurate, complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.\nReview and analyze financial performance, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities.\nServe as the primary finance partner for Israel leadership and functional managers.\nDrive accountability for financial results across the organization.\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nLead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.\nProvide insightful analysis of actual-versus-budget and forecast performance.\nDevelop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making.\nMonitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations.\nPartner with business leaders to improve operational and financial performance.\nTax & Statutory Compliance\nOwn and coordinate local tax reporting requirements, including corporate tax filings, VAT reporting, and other statutory submissions.\nManage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.\nSupport year-end audits and statutory financial statement preparation.\nEnsure compliance with Israeli financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.\nControls & Process Improvement\nMaintain a strong internal control environment.\nEnsure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvements.\nSupport finance transformation and reporting enhancement initiatives.\nTeam Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop finance team members.\nFoster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSet clear objectives and support team members' professional development.\nRequirements\nCPA certification required.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.\n8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.\n3+ years of people management experience.\nStrong understanding of Israeli tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.\nExperience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.\nExperience working in multinational organizations.\nKnowledge of US GAAP\nExperience with ERP systems is an advantage, especially Oracle EBS.\nKey Success Factors\nStrong ownership of Israel financial results.\nAbility to convert financial data into actionable business insights.\nExcellent analytical and decision-support capabilities.\nStrong communication and stakeholder
