This role requires a self-driven, detail-oriented engineer who thrives on delivering high-quality, production-grade code, embraces continuous learning, and is excited about AI, Copilot-driven development, and innovative technologies.\nYou will work in a collaborative environment but must be capable of working independently, taking ownership of features from design to deployment, and ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and Python.\n· Build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations with external systems.\n· Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability.\n· Implement frontend components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.\n· Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.\n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, DevOps) to deliver innovative features.\n· Utilize Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence for agile development and documentation.\n· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance in production environments.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.\n· Proven experience with Django and Python for backend development.\n· Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and RESTful APIs.\n· Proficiency in frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.\n· Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.\n· Familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.\n· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality code.\n· Intermediate English level or higher (technical documentation and discussions).\nNice to Have\n· Passion for AI, Copilot-assisted development, and emerging technologies.\n· Experience in telecommunications: Wireless Transport, Fiber Optics, Routing, or Energy Efficiency.\n· Knowledge of Golang for backend development.\n· Experience with containerization (Docker) and MicroK8s.\n· Familiarity with
