Ensure payroll processes align with broader HR operations and compliance needs.\nAccounting of Payroll and Related Benefits\nVendor management at the operational level\nProcess automation and digitalisation\nThe role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of India payroll.\nRequirements\nCA/MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience\nStrong knowledge of Oracle, US GAAP
