publish clear metrics and documentation.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nB.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/Telecom/EE (M.E./M.Tech. is a plus).\n5 to10 years in Wi-Fi system integration / validation / performance engineering (AP/router/CPE/chipset/platform).\nRequired Skills\nProven hands-on experience with Wi-Fi 6 + Wi-Fi 7 integration and performance debugging.\nStrong ability to correlate KPIs (throughput/latency/PER/retries/stability) to root causes across SW/HW.\nBasic RF awareness impacting Wi-Fi (interference, desense, sensitivity/EVM trends) - no RF design required.\nPython scripting;
