Working closely with global engineering teams, R&D, regional teams, and external customers, you will contribute to delivering and supporting end-to-end network solutions across IP/MPLS, Microwave, DWDM, and 4G/5G technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork Engineering & Technical Support\nProvide advanced Level 3 (L3) technical support for complex network issues across multi-vendor telecommunications environments.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and technical analysis of end-to-end networks, supporting Network Operations Center (NOC) activities.\nInvestigate and resolve complex network incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective or preventive actions.\nSupport the reliable operation and performance of customer networks across IP/MPLS, Microwave, DWDM, and 4G/5G technologies.\nNetwork Design & Optimization\nContribute to the design and delivery of end-to-end telecommunications network solutions.\nPerform network design, traffic engineering, and optimization activities to improve network performance, efficiency, and reliability.\nProvide technical expertise to regional teams during network deployments, system integration, and rollout activities.\nDevelop technically sound, cost-effective solutions aligned with customer requirements and operational needs.\nCross-functional Collaboration & Technical Expertise\nCollaborate with Pre-Sales, R&D, Verification & Validation, regional engineering teams, and external customers to support solution delivery.\nAct as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.\nTranslate operational challenges and customer requirements into technical inputs for R&D, supporting the development of new features and service delivery tools.\nShare technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement across the Global Managed Services organization.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications network engineering, network operations, or advanced technical support.\nBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.\nStrong hands-on experience in IP networking, including routing, switching, MPLS, and Quality of Service (QoS).\nSolid knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, or EIGRP, including practical configuration and troubleshooting experience.\nExperience working with Microwave networks in multi-vendor environments, including an understanding of Microwave planning and radio propagation principles.\nExperience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting complex end-to-end telecommunications networks, preferably in NOC or Managed Services environments.\nGood understanding of 4G/5G network architectures and protocols.\nStrong understanding of network protocols and OSI layers 2-7.\nAbility to independently investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.\nStrong communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international teams and customers.\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.\n Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%) and participate in an on-call rotation outside regular business hours.\nNice to Have\nCCNP, Juniper, or equivalent networking certifications.\nExperience with DWDM and optical transport technologies.\nHands-on experience with network design, traffic engineering, or capacity optimization.\nBasic scripting or automation skills for network operations and service delivery activities.\nPrevious experience in international, cross-functional engineering teams.\nExperience mentoring colleagues or
