This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on supporting day-to-day automation operations, ensuring uptime, and continuously improving our automated flows.\nThe hours for this role will be:\nSunday through Wednesday 18:00 (6 pm) to 2 am \nSaturday 13:00 (1 pm) to 21:00 (9 pm)\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport day-to-day operations of Cerby’s automation platform, ensuring reliability and performance.\nAnalyze and debug failed automation executions using logs, browser tools, and internal dashboards.\nCollaborate with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot automation issues and escalate where needed.\nMonitor alerts and automation queues to resolve errors and delays proactively.\nReview and adjust XPath, selectors, or flow parameters to adapt to app UI changes.\nContribute to automation testing and quality assurance cycles.\nDocument known issues, root causes, and solutions in a support knowledge base.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n1-3 years of experience in automation support, QA, NOC, or IT operations.\n-1+ year working with JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus), coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques.\nExperience troubleshooting web technologies (HTML/CSS) using the browser’s developer tools.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work with logs, error traces, and system outputs.\nExperience working with REST APIs and JSON.\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nOrganized, process-driven mindset with attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog), version control (Git), and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a distributed team.\nAvailable for on-call or rotational support schedules.\nNice to Have\nExperience with RPA platforms or workflow automation tools.\nExposure to authentication mechanisms (e.g., MFA, OAuth).\nBasic experience writing or maintaining test scripts.\nBackground in SaaS operations or identity and access
