This role will serve as a key member of the Business Information Systems (BIS) team, supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Corporate Operations.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong ERP administration expertise with business process knowledge and hands-on experience across enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, Coupa, Salesforce, and related integrations.\nThis individual will own day-to-day production support, user administration, release management, configuration management, reporting, workflow administration, and operational governance while partnering closely with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects.\nResponsibilities\nERP Administration & Production Support\nAdminister and support NetSuite ERP and related enterprise applications.\n\nManage user provisioning, deprovisioning, role-based security, and access reviews.\n\nTroubleshoot production issues and coordinate issue resolution.\n\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business operations.\n\nMonitor integrations, scheduled jobs, workflows, and system health.\n\nManage ticket queues and SLA adherence.\n\nCoordinate release validation and production deployment support.\n\nDocument configurations, business processes, and support procedures.\n\nConfiguration & Optimization\nConfigure workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and security roles.\n\nPerform minor enhancements and configuration changes.\n\nIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvements.\n\nSupport data integrity, master data governance, and operational controls.\n\nAssist in evaluating new ERP functionality and platform capabilities.\n\nBusiness Partnership\nPartner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams.\n\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.\n\nDeliver end-user training and knowledge transfer.\n\nDrive adoption of enterprise application best practices.\n\nGovernance & Compliance\nParticipate in SOX, audit, and compliance activities.\n\nSupport quarterly user access reviews and segregation-of-duties controls.\n\nEnsure change management processes are followed.\n\nMaintain system documentation and operational runbooks.\n\nCross-Platform Support\nSupport and collaborate across enterprise platforms including:\nNetSuite ERP\n\nOracle Fusion Cloud\n\nSAP S/4HANA\n\nWorkday\n\nCoupa\n\nSalesforce\n\nNSPB / EPM platforms\n\nProcurement and Supply Chain systems\n\nIntegration platforms (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, etc.)\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n6+ years of ERP administration experience.\n\n4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise Finance and Supply Chain processes.\n\nExperience administering at least one additional ERP platform:\n\nOracle Fusion Cloud\n\nSAP S/4HANA\n\nWorkday Financials\n\nMicrosoft Dynamics\n\nExperience supporting ERP integrations and third-party applications.\n\nExperience working in SOX-controlled environments.\n\nBusiness Process Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:\nFinance\nGeneral Ledger\n\nAccounts Payable\n\nAccounts Receivable\n\nRevenue Recognition\n\nFixed Assets\n\nFinancial Reporting\n\nSupply Chain\nProcurement\n\nInventory Management\n\nManufacturing\n\nDemand Planning\n\nOrder Management\n\nSupplier Management\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nNetSuite Administrator Certification\n\nOracle Cloud Certification\n\nSAP Certification\n\nWorkday Certification\n\nITIL Foundation Certification\n\nExperience in high-growth technology companies\n\nExperience supporting manufacturing organizations\n\nExperience supporting AI, semiconductor, or hardware companies\n\nSuccess Metrics (First 12 Months)\nAchieve SLA compliance for production support.\n\nReduce ERP support backlog by 25%.\n\nImprove ERP operational documentation coverage.\n\nComplete quarterly access reviews with zero audit findings.\n\nImprove ERP user satisfaction scores.\n\nSuccessfully support major Finance and Supply Chain business cycles.\n\nDeliver automation and process improvement initiatives\n\nWhy Join Cerebras\nPeople who are serious about software make their own hardware.
