The role will translate complex Finance, Supply Chain, manufacturing, datacenter and enterprise requirements into reliable system capabilities, integrations and workflow automations.\nThis engineer will serve as a technical owner for connected ecosystem. The role combines solution architecture with direct configuration and development, on demand production support, and delivery through Scrum and Agile practices. Success requires strong technical judgment, business-process fluency, and the ability to move work from an ambiguous need to a secure, tested and supportable production solution.\nWhat you will do\nERP solution architecture and engineering\nDesign, configure, develop, test, deploy and support solutions that meet current business needs and scale with company growth.\n\nBuild solutions using native configuration, workflows, custom records\n\nProduce solution designs that define process flows, data models, integrations, controls, environments, testing, deployment, monitoring and support requirements.\n\nEvaluate requests and select the simplest sustainable approach across native ERP capabilities, configuration, customization, integration, automation, or process change.\n\nEstablish reusable technical patterns and reduce unnecessary customization, fragile dependencies, and long-term support burden.\n\nBusiness process solutions\nPartner with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Center Operations and other teams to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.\n\nDesign and improve end-to-end processes including procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, inventory, receiving, fulfillment, warehouse transactions, returns and RMA, fixed assets and management reporting.\n\nLead technical discovery, assess gaps and dependencies, and recommend options with clear effort, risk, data ownership, validation, reconciliation and support requirements.\n\nDesign, build and support integrations between the ERP and adjacent platforms such as PLM, procurement, contracts, HR, expense, banking, CRM, data and warehouse systems.\n\nCreate reusable integration services and automation patterns while maintaining clear systems of record and business ownership.\n\nScrum and Agile delivery\nDeliver work through a Scrum-based operating model, participating actively in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimation, demonstrations and retrospectives.\n\nWork with business systems analysts and product owners to convert business needs into epics, user stories, technical tasks, acceptance criteria and a sequenced delivery plan.\n\nBreak complex initiatives into testable increments and communicate scope, dependencies, risks, tradeoffs and delivery status clearly.\n\nMaintain a strong definition of done covering design approval, code review, testing, security and control validation, documentation, deployment readiness and operational handoff.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n8+ years of experience in ERP engineering, business systems, enterprise applications, integrations or related technical roles, with meaningful production ownership in complex environments.\n\n5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support.\n\nStrong SuiteScript and JavaScript or TypeScript skills, with practical experience using SuiteTalk, REST and SOAP APIs, SuiteQL, saved searches and NetSuite security concepts.\n\nDemonstrated ability to design and build complete solutions rather than only administer applications or coordinate vendors.\n\nHands-on experience with enterprise integration and automation platforms, API-based integrations, authentication, error handling, monitoring and production support.\n\nStrong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes, including procure to pay, order to cash, record to report and inventory management.\n\nExperience working in Scrum or Agile teams and translating requirements into appropriately sized stories, estimates, acceptance criteria, test plans and releases.\n\nWorking knowledge of software engineering practices including version control, peer review, environment management, automated testing, CI/CD and observability.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders, engineers, IT, Security, auditors and external partners.\n\nHigh ownership, sound judgment and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in semiconductor, hardware, manufacturing, supply-chain or other inventory-intensive environments.\n\nExperience integrating ERP platforms with PLM, WMS, 3PL, contract manufacturing, procurement, expense, HR, banking, CRM or enterprise data platforms.\n\nExperience with Python, cloud platforms and event-driven or serverless integration patterns.\n\nExperience operating in a public-company, IPO-readiness or SOX-regulated environment.\n\nNetSuite, integration-platform, Scrum or related professional certifications.\n\nWhy Join Cerebras\nPeople who are serious about software make their own hardware.
