We’re 100% remote and offer a competitive time-off package to ensure time for rest and recharge.\nAbout the role\nAs a Deployment Strategist, you will work at the intersection of our customers, technology, and business.You will partner with strategic customers to understand their operations, identifyhigh-value problems, and determinehow Cerebrecan solve them. You will then work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to turn those opportunities into successful deployments and measurable business outcomes.You will own the customerproblem and outcome, from discovery and solution shaping through deployment, adoption, and expansion.\n\nLocation: Remote, with strong preference for candidates based in Houston, TX; open to CST/EST time zones\nYou will be responsible for\nUnderstand customer problems: Work directly with customers to understand their goals, workflows, pain points, and technical environment. \nIdentify and shape solutions: Translate customer challenges into high value use cases and work with Product and Engineering to define the right approach. \nOwn customer engagements: Lead strategic deployments from discovery and scoping through implementation, adoption, and value realization. \nBuild deployment and customer processes: Create and improve deployment and customer engagement processes from scratch, bringing structure to how we scope, deliver, and scale customer engagements. \nBuild trusted relationships: Partner with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to senior executives, managing expectations, and navigating competing priorities. \nSupport commercial opportunities: Work with Sales to shape proposals, communicate business value, and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships. \nConnect customers and engineering: Translate between business and technical teams, keeping both sides aligned on priorities, capabilities, and delivery. \nDrive adoption and value: Ensure solutions reach production, are successfully adopted, and deliver measurable outcomes. \nBring insights back to cerebre: Turn customer feedback into actionable input for Product and Engineering. \nRequired Skills\n5+ years in technology consulting, solution consulting, enterprise software deployment, solution engineering, technical customer success, or a similar customer facing role.\nStrong experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.\nAbility to turn complex business problems into technology solutions and implementation strategies.\nExperience owning customer engagements from discovery through delivery and adoption.\nStrong commercial mindset and experience partnering with Sales or Business Development.\nTechnical fluency and comfort working with engineers.
