As we expand our product line, we’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who can take products from concept to manufacturing-ready drawings quickly and accurately, and who uses modern tools, including AI, to work smarter.\n\nBased in Maadi, Cairo. This is a hybrid role.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign mechanical and electromechanical devices for automation applications, from concept to production, using SolidWorks as your main daily tool.\n\nBuild and manage complex 3D parts and assemblies in SolidWorks.\n\nProduce accurate, manufacturing-ready 2D drawings with correct tolerances, GD&T, fits and surface finishes, at a fast pace.\n\nRun FEA in SolidWorks Simulation to check and improve designs under load.\n\nDo engineering calculations and build Excel-based design tools to size components and speed up design work.\n\nUse AI tools to speed up and improve design, calculations, documentation and workflow.\n\nCarry out risk analysis (such as DFMEA) and define mitigation plans.\n\nPrepare technical data packages, design reports and manufacturing documents following our ISO 9001 procedures.\n\nWork with manufacturing and suppliers to resolve design and production issues.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.\n\n3–7 years of hands-on mechanical design experience, ideally in machinery, automation or electromechanical products.\n\nExcellent, advanced SolidWorks skills (essential): parts, large assemblies, sheet metal, configurations and detailed drawings.
