For more than 60 years, Hamilton has been satisfying customer needs by combining quality materials with skilled workmanship, ensuring the highest level of performance of every precision fluid measuring device we manufacture.Responsibilities\nThe HR Recruiting Coordinator provides advanced administrative, sourcing, and recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This role serves as a key resource for onboarding, departmental orientation, and new hire safety training coordination. This position also supports Benefits, HR Administration, and other HR functions as needed.\nSchedules candidate interviews, coordinates travel, books accommodations, and coordinates house hunting trips.\nScreens resumes and conducts initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications as needed.\nManages employee and candidate walk-ins.\nReceives and addresses candidate questions regarding company policies, procedures, and benefit plans.\nCoordinates background screening, license verification, and reference checks of candidates.\nProvides sourcing support to Talent Acquisition Partners as necessary.\nManages recruiting calendar of events and coordinates recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses.\nCoordinates new hire onboarding, including review of company policies, collection and processing of new hire paperwork, and orientation sessions (meeting rooms, AV equipment, new hire packets, swag, and snacks).\nCoordinates division-level onboarding, partnering with department leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure a consistent and compliant experience across all business units.\nSupports vendor audits and credentialing requirements.\nMay assist in maintaining immigration and visa documentation.\nMaintains and updates the candidate database and iCIMS ATS (applicant tracking system) to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.\nMaintains recruiting metrics; may capture recruitment, candidate, and employee data to support predictive analytics.\nAssists with weekly employment reports and trending against approved headcount budgets.\nMay manage temporary employee population, including coordination with staffing agencies and tracking of temporary worker assignments.\nSupports Benefits, HR Administration, and other HR functions as needed.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nStrong discretion and confidentiality\nHighly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of strong follow-through\nAbility to work independently and partner cross-functionally with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and EHS teams\nProfessional appearance and demeanor\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), iCIMS, and PeopleSoft\nExperience with advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping\nStrong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to compile and present recruiting metrics and workforce data\nAbility to facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training sessions with professionalism and clarity\nKnowledge of OSHA and workplace safety training compliance requirements preferred\nPosition requires occasionally exerting up to 25 pounds of force; sedentary work involving primarily sitting\nEducation/Experience\nAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.\nFive (5) or more years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Coordination, including hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, onboarding coordination, and HRIS/ATS system administration.\nExperience with applicant tracking, HR, or payroll systems;
