This includes:\nNew account set-up: including coding, linking to custodians and ensuring proper reporting of all investments.\n\nDaily update/reconciliation\n\nMonitor reporting and integration of alternative assets\n\nMonthly performance updates\n\nProactively monitor dashboards to ensure system integrity and data accuracy\n\nDevelop custom templates and summary reports as needed\n\nServe as a point of contact for all operations issues for advisor teams, custodians and third-party solution providers\n\nMaintain a working understanding of the metrics, calculations, key user workflows, and operational processes involved in end-to-end maintenance of the reporting platform.\n\nDocument required processes for ongoing system support, participate in requirements gathering for ongoing system updates, and help facilitate user integration and acceptance testing.\n\nSupport the integration of new advisors onto the Orion system. This includes:\nEstablish the clients / accounts\n\nLink to custodians\n\nConversion of history (transactions, balances and performance)\n\nReconciliation of history conversion\n\nPopulation of custom attributes\n\nIn conjunction with users, create and test client packages\n\nEnsure the existence of adequate internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements\n\nAssist with improvement projects, ad-hoc projects and complete assigned research projects\n\nMaintain written procedures on all aspects of this position and work to continuously improve initiatives to identify potential solutions and efficiencies\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required; in Business or financial services preferred.\n\nExperience using Salesforce\n\n5 - 7 years' experience in portfolio reporting and performance management software; Orion\n\nExperience supporting client portfolio reporting, investment data management, or portfolio oversight within a wealth management or financial services environment\n\nProven history of being a “self-starter,” and a track record of working effectively in a remote/virtual environment, with a distributed team.\n\nAbility to “manage up” and have direct, open, and progressive conversations with Management and Partners across the firm.\n\nAn appetite for analytical problem-solving and desire to maintain a solutions-oriented approach to addressing opportunities and challenges.\n\nTeam player who welcomes feedback with the goal of continuous improvement.\n\nDetail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional presentation, and organizational skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to apply AI or advanced analytics tools to optimize reporting workflows and enhance decision-making.\n\nAttitude that no task is too small and a willingness to do whatever tasks are necessary to make sure that the work is done on time.\n\nProficiency in technology/applications a must - experience with excel required\n\nCompensation Range:\n$90,000-$110,000\nWhy Cerity Partners:\nOur people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
