The coordinator supports multiple marketing managers, helping to balance workload as needs shift. The position assists the operational and administrative infrastructure of the practice marketing function, including project tracking, meeting coordination, reporting, content management, and campaign support. This role will directly contribute to the quality and consistency of marketing engagement across Cerity Partners’ advisor practices nationwide.\nThe ideal candidate is an ambitious, highly organized, and detail-oriented marketer who thrives on structure, takes pride in follow-through, and is eager to build skills in wealth management marketing, CRM operations, and multi-stakeholder project coordination.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProject & Task Management\nOwn day-to-day Asana management across practice marketing workstreams, including creating tasks, updating statuses, flagging deadlines, and keeping projects current.\nMaintain shared trackers, action item logs, and practice-level documentation across assigned markets.\nCoordinate deliverable timelines across internal teams, including design, digital, compliance, and operations.\nScheduling & Meeting Coordination\nSchedule and manage logistics for advisor calls, internal planning sessions, and Practice Marketing Forum touchpoints.\nSend agendas, prep materials, and post-meeting recaps to relevant stakeholders, and track follow-up commitments to completion.\nAdministrative & Operational Support\nDraft and send routine correspondence on behalf of the practice marketing team.\nMaintain and organize the Marketing Content Library, ensuring materials are current and advisor-ready.\nSupport onboarding of new advisor practices with intake forms, templates, and initial documentation.\nAssist with ad hoc reporting requests from senior practice marketing leadership.\nEvent & Campaign Support\nCoordinate external event logistics, including invite list management, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up.\nSupport email campaign deployment through the Advisor Self-Serve Portal, including list hygiene and QA checks.\nMaintain HubSpot contact and campaign records and pull HubSpot and Asana data for reporting, as directed by the marketing team.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.\n2 to 6 years of experience in a professional services environment (financial services, legal, consulting, accounting), or an agency.\nDemonstrated project management and workstream coordination experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing accuracy or momentum.\nHighly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort drafting professional emails and meeting recaps, and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.\nCollaborative, proactive self-starter who welcomes feedback and works effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multi-stakeholder environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with marketing automation or CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.\nExperience with project management tools such as Asana.\nFamiliarity with the wealth management landscape.\nGenuine interest in financial services and wealth management.\nInterest in building new processes and contributing to the growth of a central marketing function.\nCompensation Range: $65,000 - $80,000/year\nThe Team\nThe Cerity Partners marketing team touches all aspects of brand, performance marketing, content, and communications across the firm.
