This position manages complex client interactions, processes detailed account tasks, and handles escalated issues, ensuring seamless account openings, money movements, and paperwork processing. With a comprehensive understanding of investment products and regulations, the Senior Associate may provide basic financial advice if Series 65 certified. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCustodian interaction & paperwork processing:Process account openings, funding, deposit electronic checks, money movements, 401(k) rollovers, process tasks with Custodians.\n\nMaintain a fundamental understanding of the firm’s investment offerings in order to contribute to portfolio discussions.\nSchedule client meetings\nOrganize advisory team meetings and events.\nInvolvement in company committees and/or firm-wide initiatives.\nReceive client calls and resolve questions or issues as needed.\nPrepare for and provide follow-up for client meetings:Prepare client forms and financial reports in advance of client meetings.\nAttend meetings to take notes and send a summary to both the client and the advisory team.\n\nComprehensive knowledge of investment accounts, products and the forms required to transact business.\nLead internal coordination across departments to ensure all client tasks/follow-up is completed in a timely manner.Drive proactive process improvements for advisors and CSA team members.\n\nResponsible for cash transfers, wires, data maintenance, reporting and trading as needed\nProvide ongoing maintenance and quality control of CRM.\nExecute client appreciation and retention activities\nUpon obtaining the Series 65 license: Give basic financial advice\nAssist with 401(k) rollovers\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years of experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSeries 65 licensing\nCompletion of CFP®\nSkills and Competencies:\nDemonstrate strong and effective communication, organizational and time management skills.\nComprehensive knowledge of investment accounts, products and the forms required to transact business.\nAbility to work in a team based/collaborative environment.\nMust accept and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.\nAdherence to all compliance policies & procedures.\nDemonstrate the Cerity Partners culture.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.\nCompensation Range:\n$70,000 - $85,000\nWhy Cerity Partners :\nOur people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
