This role is ideal for someone looking for authentic exposure to the financial industry at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nShadow and participate in various types of client presentations\nUtilize CRM and financial planning software systems\nOpportunity to obtain e-Money Certification\nShadow and assist Financial Advisors with preparation of financial documents and performance reports\nHelp support the full financial planning process: discovery, data gathering, plan development, presentation, implementation, and ongoing reviews\nAssist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of discretionary investment portfolios\nLearn and implement basic and advanced income tax planning strategies\nConduct independent research and build spreadsheets for financial planning opportunities\nWork with a team virtually to create a financial planning project or other projects\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBe enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university with a minimum 3.2 GPA\nMajoring in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or related business degree\nBe proficient in Microsoft Office Applications\nActively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience\nIdentify with Cerity Partner’s mission and demonstrate our core values \nHourly Rate:\n$25/hr\nWhy Cerity Partners:\nOur people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
