This role also serves as a point of contact for our B2B corporate relationships, partnering with corporate stakeholders and internal advisor teams to drive utilization of the financial planning benefit. While the Implementation Manager retains select relationship management responsibilities - including leading corporate client meetings and coordinating across internal teams - their primary focus is building and institutionalizing repeatable implementation frameworks that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality across the program lifecycle.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nDevelop, document, and continuously improve standardized processes, procedures, and playbooks for onboarding and implementing Workplace Solutions financial counseling programs\nLead the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for Workplace Solutions financial counseling programs - i.e., contracts, benefits, communications, billing/operational processes etc.\nCoordinate with internal teams for advisor lead assignments\nDesign, develop, and deliver training materials and sessions for participating advisors\nMaintain regular communication with advisors to gather insights, identify trends and provide insight into additional engagement tactics\nSynthesize advisor feedback into actionable recommendations for corporate partners\nDevelop and execute, in collaboration with marketing, targeted engagement strategies to drive awareness and utilization among eligible populations\nAnalyze engagement data and continue to refine strategies to improve program reach\nIdentify expansion opportunities amongst corporate partners\nRequired Qualifications:\nProven (10+ years) experience in relationship management, project management, or financial advisory services\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment\nStrong background in partnering with HR and corporate stakeholders on benefits and compensation planning\nExperience working in a B2B business, ideally within the corporate benefits domain\nAbility to travel up to 20%\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree\nSkills and Competencies:\nStrategic thinker with a data-driven approach\nStrong process-orientation with experience building and scaling operational frameworks\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nCompensation Range:\n$150,000 - $200,000\nWhy Cerity Partners:\nOur people drive our success by working together to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
