Join us in our cause to build a world class fintech company in Indonesia.\n Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding application and system issues. \nTroubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.\nHandle user requests and technical incidents received through ticketing systems or customer service email.\nDocument troubleshooting processes, solutions, and incident resolutions.\nEscalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team or other internal departments when necessary. \n Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.\nMinimum 1 Year of experience in similar positions.
