Join us in our cause to build a world-class fintech company in Indonesia.\n The candidate will lead the technical roadmap for the data platform team, which consists of 5-10 talented but possibly inexperienced team members.\nThe candidate will typically perform the following roles\nLay out the technical roadmap for the next n months from time to time\nMentor junior engineers in the form of code reviews and knowledge sharing about coding and design best practices\nCoding and system design for new features and bug fixes\nTake care of Operations excellence by monitoring production system\n The role requires a strong technical knowledge on several fronts\nRequired\nJob Location is Bangalore. Please do not apply if you're not based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate to Bangalore\nExpertise in Java is required. Please do not apply without having worked hands-on in Java for at least 6 years in enterprise projects.Candidate should be aware of dependency injection and how it is used in unit testing frameworks.\nCandidates should have working knowledge of Java best practices, as laid out in (for example) \"Effective Java by Josh Bloch\".\nCandidates should have experience in writing multi-threaded java programs and should be aware of such things as the java memory model.\nCandidates should be aware of multi threading best practices as specified in (for example) \"Java Concurrency in Practice by Brian Goetz etc\"\n\nCandidates require a strong working knowledge of linux based systems.
