This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching drivers, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires close collaboration with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise during transit. The Dispatcher must optimize routes and schedules to maximize operational efficiency and minimize costs.
