The Associate Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of our technology to our construction clients. We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is motivated to truly understand client needs. You will internally advocate for and articulate client needs gleaned during implementation processes in addition to externally translating the value of our technology to system users, senior executives and day-to-day operation managers.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nOwn the full customer implementation process for our small business and mid-market customers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation, including:\n\nConfigure systems on behalf of customers\n\nRun user training sessions\n\nScope data integration and product needs, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation\n\nTrack time on projects and hold clients accountable, within their SLA or SOW\n\nDocument all client communication in our CRM (Hubspot)\n\nSet, communicate, and manage project plans and execute to expected timeline\n\nClearly capture and articulate client needs to influence product features\n\nDevelop an understanding of our partners’ systems, and build relationships with partner contacts and implementation specialists\n\nBecome a SME on our products to set client expectations, including understanding how our solutions can be used to help our clients\n\nBuild sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication\n\nDrive and accelerate user adoption by advising clients on product features\n\nMeet internal goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction\n\nWe're Looking For:\nClient-facing experience and communication skills\n\nAble to handle a fast pace in an ever-changing, sometimes ambiguous environment\n\nExpertise in project and/or task management and maintaining appropriate documentation\n\nDemonstrable problem-solving skills with a desire to solve other people’s problems\n\nTechnical aptitude, the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly\n\nAI Forward - excited about leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow to create better efficiencies and solutions\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience\n\n1+ year customer-facing experience within the software industry\n\n1+ year SaaS implementation experience, highly preferred\n\nExperience in Construction, Financial Services, and/or Payroll, preferred\n\nExperience within a growing SaaS and/or software company, preferred\n\nAble to work hybrid from our Bloomington, MN headquarters\n\nAt Points North, we believe that taking care of our team is the foundation of our success.
