Description Position Summary The Lead Electronics Technician is responsible for leading day-to-day electronic assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities within the production environment. This role provides technical guidance to team members, supports quality and process improvement initiatives, assists with employee training, and ensures products meet customer and company specifications. The Lead Electronics Technician serves as a subject matter expert for electronic systems while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead and support electronic assembly and testing operations. Troubleshoot complex electronic systems, components, and assemblies. Diagnose product failures and coordinate corrective actions. Provide technical expertise to production personnel and cross-functional teams. Assist with developing and improving testing procedures and work instructions. Production & Quality Ensure all products are assembled and tested according to specifications, engineering drawings, and customer requirements. Monitor production quality and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
