Description JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY: To operate CNC production machines and ensure that manufactured parts meet all quality and print specifications, supporting efficient and accurate production. The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating and overseeing production machinery, verifying part compliance with engineering drawings, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. This role also fosters a positive team environment by demonstrating integrity, encouraging collaboration, and promoting accountability throughout daily operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate CNC machines efficiently, including setting up tooling, checking inserts, making offsets, and deburring finished parts. Manufacture components accurately according to engineering prints and specifications. Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure parts meet required standards. Accurately document quality data and production metrics for reporting and continuous improvement. Support preventive maintenance efforts by performing routine checks on CNC machines and promptly informing maintenance staff of any potential issues or abnormalities to help minimize downtime and ensure
