We’re building a high-ownership team focused on solving real infrastructure problems that impact millions of patients.\nAbout the role:\nAs a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners at Certify, and existing Certify clients seeking to expand their scope of services. You will work with multiple clients, collaborate closely with partner teams, and execute the standard process for the successful implementation of the CertifyOS product and associated services. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for success.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, across all products and services offered by CertifyOS, across multiple implementations simultaneously\n\nWork cross-functionally with key stakeholders from multiple teams\n\nSupport clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and as they learn to use the CertifyOS platform\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management\n\nMaintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live\n\nWhat you’ll need:\nRequired\n5+ years of professional experience overall\n\n3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a management consulting role\n\nExcellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset\n\nOutstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiences\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n\nAbility to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally and externally\n\nPreferred\nStrong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management universe\n\nDemonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)\n\nBenefits of Working at Certify\nAt Certify, we’re building with intention and taking care of the people doing the work.\n\nYour well-being matters to us.
