We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a lead product manager to own what we build next for these clients.\nYou will gather client needs directly and through our client-facing consultants, turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap, and present our products to clients, prospects and regulators in North America and, when needed, abroad. Inside the company, you represent the customer.\nWhat you'll do\nRun discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and work closely with the solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field\n\nBuild and run a discovery channel of your own: a panel of compliance, risk and operations practitioners at banks, VASPs and regulators for structured (including paid) interviews, so requirements never depend on a single client\n\nConvert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, with the reason behind each request documented, and defend the ranking to leadership\n\nPresent CertiK's products and services to client teams, prospects and regulators in demos, workshops and tender presentations\n\nJoin Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East and other markets\n\nOwn the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering\n\nRequirements\n5-8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution\n\nDomain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function\n\nHas led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built\n\nNative or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences\n\nEstablished prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features\n\nSufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback\n\nDirects discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda\n\nRegular travel within the US and international travel as required\n\nBonus points\nPrior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform\nFamiliarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets\n\nFamiliarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation\n\nExperience working with regulators or on regulatory
