We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a solutions consultant to be CertiK's presence with clients across the Middle East. You will meet with banks, VASPs and regulators, present our products and services, learn their problems, and lead consulting-style engagements to solve them.\nThis is a forward-deployed role. You work from the client's side of the table, embedded with compliance and risk teams at banks, VASPs and regulators in the UAE and neighbouring markets when an engagement calls for it, owning the relationship on the ground. What you learn there sets the direction for Product and the commercial approach.\nWhat you'll do\nSpend extended periods on site with compliance, risk and innovation teams at banks, VASPs, custodians and regulators in the UAE and wider region\nRun discovery with clients and prospects: understand their workflows, tools, pain points and regulatory obligations, including the reason behind each request, and document them in the client's own words\n\nBring findings back to Product in a form that shapes the roadmap and the sales approach\n\nPartner with Business Development in client meetings and regulator conversations: BD owns the commercial relationship, you own the solution and the follow-up on the ground\n\nPresent CertiK's products and services clearly to senior client teams, and turn pain points into scoped proposals with clear deliverables and timelines\n\nDeliver advisory engagements, including licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, digital asset strategy assessments, workshops and reports\n\nRepresent CertiK at industry events and regulator meetings in the region\n\nCoordinate with CertiK teams in the US, Europe and Asia across time zones\n\nRequirements\n3+ years in a client-facing role such as consulting, solutions or business development, or in a compliance, risk or regulatory role at a financial institution or VASP\n\nExperience working with or inside banks, VASPs or other regulated financial institutions, whether in-house or through consulting or advisory engagements; you understand how a compliance or risk function runs day to day\n\nAvailable to be based at client sites for weeks at a time, with regular travel across the GCC and occasional travel beyond it\n\nKnowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology\n\nProfessional writing and presentation skills: produces client-ready reports and presents them to senior compliance, risk and executive audiences\n\nOperates independently: runs a client relationship and an engagement end to end with light supervision\n\nLocation: Dubai / UAE.
