You experience funding rounds first-hand, can help set up state-of-the-art digital finance processes, and take on significant responsibility in a fast-growing AI company.\nWhat you will do\nOwnership of the procure-to-pay process, including invoice verification, approval workflow and payment processing.\nOperational support and coordination of budget processes at team and company level, and linking budget planning with reporting.\nPreparation of management and investor reporting, as well as compiling relevant KPIs and cash flow planning.\nCoordination with the external accountants.\nContributing to the evaluation and roll-out of new finance tools, e.g. in the area of spend management.\nSupporting the development and implementation of digital and efficient finance processes.\nYour profile\nA completed degree or vocational training, ideally in business administration with a focus on accounting, controlling or finance.\nAt least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, for example in accounting, controlling, tax advisory or auditing.\nSolid Excel skills; experience with modern finance tools is an advantage, DATEV knowledge is a plus.\nConscientiousness and a sense of responsibility as a basic mindset.
