Now we are expanding into other highly regulated engineering sectors.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be the expert and a technical implementation partner for these customers as they make Certivitytheir central regulatory intelligence platform.

You will get to know workflows at each customer in depth and turn their requirements into scalable platform configurations. As the expert contact for accounts, you make sure they get measurable value from Certivity, and you actively groweach account by finding new use cases, teams, business units and product lines that the platform can serve.

What you will do

• Guide customers through a successful rollout of the Certivityplatform,from first demo, then trial use to productive use.
• Lead implementation projects:Define milestones with the customer, make sure our Product and Engineering teams deliver, and translate customer needs into clear feature requests.
• Understand customers'regulatory, complianceand engineeringprocessesand translate them into efficient platform configurations and workflows.
• Act as a trusted advisor for your accounts, from implementation through long-term adoption.
• Own the growth of your accounts: Identify expansionand upsellingopportunitiesand drive them together with the sales team.
• Troubleshoot customer issuestogether with Product and Engineering.
• Bring customer feedbackback into the company as clear, actionable inputthat shapes our AI and software roadmap.

Your profile

• You have a university degreein Engineering, Lawor a related field.
• You have at least 2-5 years of experience at the interface of regulation and engineering, for example in product compliance, regulatory affairs, requirementsengineering or technical consulting.
• You communicate confidentlywith engineers, compliance expertsand management alike.
• You take a high level of ownership and like driving projects independently.
• You are motivated by customer successand see growing an account as part of delivering value, not as a sales task added on top.
• You are open to travel worldwide(20%) to meet customers on-site.

• You speak fluent German(C1) and English(C1). English is our company language
