You will shape what the team builds, how it is prioritized, and how it reaches business stakeholders. You will work with US stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, and you will have a direct impact on how analytics drives business decisions.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nLead BI, reporting, and data warehouse projects from requirements through deployment.\nOwn request intake, prioritization, and backlog management in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.\nPlan and run sprints using Agile/Scrum practices.\nTurn business requests into clear KPIs, data sources, and acceptance criteria.\nSpot delivery risks early and keep stakeholders informed with clear communication.\nCoordinate offshore teams with US-based stakeholders.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n7+ years of project delivery experience, with 3+ years managing BI or analytics projects.\nWorking knowledge of Power BI: semantic models, workspaces, refresh, and row-level security.\nHands-on Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog management experience.\nStrong requirements gathering and excellent English communication.\nExperience working with US stakeholders and offshore teams.\nNice to have: manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain background;
