You will design scalable solutions aligned with business and ITSM requirements, lead cloud migration and Jira consolidation initiatives, and partner with Agile teams and stakeholders to drive tool adoption and process improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration across the enterprise\nConfigure and maintain workflows, schemes, screens, custom fields, permission models, and automations\nDesign scalable Atlassian solutions aligned with business and ITSM requirements\nManage JSM implementations, including SLAs, queues, portals, and service request workflows\nLead cloud migration and Jira instance consolidation initiatives\nImplement and maintain integrations with enterprise systems and DevOps tools\nProvide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and platform governance\nManage user provisioning, access controls, SSO, and security compliance\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and executive metrics using JQL and reporting tools\nPartner with Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to optimize processes and tool adoption\nEvaluate, install, and manage Atlassian Marketplace applications\nDrive platform standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira, JSM, and Confluence in an enterprise environment\nStrong command of workflow design, permission schemes, custom fields, and Jira automation\nProven experience implementing JSM, including SLAs, queues, request types, and customer portals\nExperience with Atlassian Cloud migrations and Jira instance consolidation\nProficiency in JQL, dashboards, and reporting\nWorking knowledge of SSO, user provisioning, and access governance\nExperience integrating Atlassian tools with enterprise and DevOps systems\nSolid understanding of ITSM practices and Agile delivery methods\nStrong troubleshooting skills with L2/L3 support experience\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nAtlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-620 or equivalent)\nExperience with Marketplace app evaluation, licensing, and lifecycle management\nScripting or API experience (REST APIs, Groovy, or Python)\nFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and security compliance
