Description:\nSupport and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts.\nLiaise with Project Team members to ensure commitments and milestones of supporting documents to Clients (LTA).\nMaintaining detailed records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the contract lifestyle.\nHandling any subcontract related issues that arise during the project lifecycle and negotiating fair settlements when disputes occur.\nReview evaluation of variation order request, variation orders, defending claims and providing contractual advice to site team.\nPreparation of VO submissions & close out all documents for Final Accounts upstream and downstream, including warranties.\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 10 years of experience with main contractor, preferably in MRT Projects.\nSound knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration.\nStrong organisation skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work.\nPossesses analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented.\nAbility to work with tight deadlines.\nWilling to work in the East.\nSkills\nLiaising with project stakeholders, Project Cost Management, Subcontract Management, Regulatory Compliance, Strong Attention To Detail, Negotiating Contracts, Variation Analysis, Engineering, Procurement and
