12 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Service Cloud capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and CRM implementations.\n\nThe candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.\n\n- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.\n\n- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.\n\n- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Service Processes.\n\n- Develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce components.\n\n- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.\n\n- Develop reusable and scalable technical solutions following Salesforce best practices.\n\n- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support when required.\n\n- Perform performance optimization and ensure solutions meet scalability and security requirements.\n\n- Work with Salesforce administrators, architects, business analysts, and other technical teams to deliver projects successfully.\n\n- Support data migration, data validation, and data integration activities.\n\n- Follow Salesforce development standards and best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.\n\n- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.\n\n- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 7 -
