This role contributes to manufacturing operations by producing quality hardware, supporting production activities, and learning manufacturing processes to ensure products satisfy engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements.\nWorking cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, quality, production control, and supply chain teams, this role supports manufacturing activities throughout the production lifecycle.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and products using approved work instructions, drawings, and manufacturing procedures.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, production equipment, and test equipment supporting manufacturing activities.\nPerform routine production tasks while maintaining established quality and productivity standards.\nPerform basic visual and dimensional inspections using measuring equipment and inspection tools.\nVerify completed assemblies meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.\nRecord production, inspection, and traceability information in manufacturing documentation.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, production control, and supply chain teams supporting production activities.\nSupport material handling, workstation organization, equipment preparation, and inventory accuracy.\nCommunicate production status, quality concerns, and equipment issues to supervisors and team members.\nFollow manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRecommend improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate degree, technical certification, formal occupational training, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing technology, industrial technology, electronics technology, mechanical technology, or a related technical field preferred.
