If you enjoy working in a startup environment and are passionate about developing leading-edge manufacturing processes for high-reliability, high-volume satellites, we would like to hear from you.\nIn this position, you will be responsible for the processes to drive NPI, manufacturing and supply chain of Cesium’s diverse array of electronic assemblies for satellites and other aerospace platforms.\nYour work will have a direct impact on the success of the company. You will work closely with the engineering team, program management, and the supply chain to industrialize processes for space products for a growing market that combines the rigor of space with the scale of commercial electronics.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nServe as the primary process improvement resource across assigned transformation workstreams.\nConduct stakeholder interviews and independent research to fully understand current process and identify gaps to fill.\nConduct analyses (SQL queries, other methods) that identify issues and opportunities impacting our customers, including actionable recommendations Integrate with all levels of the business to understand current workflows and identify systematic gaps that quantifiably change outcomes.\nIntegrate with all levels of the business to understand current workflows and identify systematic gaps.\nCreate process documentation and process maps.\nIdentify process breakdowns and offer improvement suggestions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.\nTrain internal users, external technical teams, and leaders on dashboard, API, and tool usage; assist in troubleshooting.\nEnsure redesigned processes are seamless experience for all stakeholders by minimizing inefficiencies.\nLeverage technology to further improve processes where appropriate, including incorporating automation.\nImprove data capture for future Account Management use cases, identifying front-end requirements and collaborating with software development teams on table structure.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 0-2 years of applicable experience.\nExperience with change management EIA-649, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience with cost analysis, managing suppliers, and configuration management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nExperience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries.\nProficiency with PLM and ERP software.\nProficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements.\nProficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies.\nExperience successfully tackling multiple high-priority tasks.\nExceptional collaboration and partnership skills in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, and facilitation skills.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving.\nBeing detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high
