environmental compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while helping ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational standards.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist with environmental, health, and safety activities by conducting workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and compliance evaluations across manufacturing and facility operations.\nSupport incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions that reduce workplace hazards, environmental risks, and operational disruptions.\nContribute to environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and safety programs that promote regulatory compliance and safe manufacturing operations.\nMaintain environmental, health, and safety records, inspection documentation, incident reports, and compliance data in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.\nAnalyze inspection results, safety observations, incident trends, and compliance metrics to identify opportunities for risk reduction and continuous improvement.\nSupport regulatory reporting, internal audits, and compliance reviews by preparing accurate documentation and maintaining compliance records.\nPartner cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, engineering, facilities, quality, and human resources to support EHS objectives and operational priorities.\nCommunicate workplace hazards, compliance concerns, safety observations, and corrective action status to appropriate stakeholders.\nCoordinate EHS activities supporting facility modifications, manufacturing operations, employee safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.\nAssist with implementation of EHS process improvements that strengthen regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and environmental performance.\nMaintain EHS procedures, training documentation, inspection records, and controlled documents in accordance with established requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs, emergency preparedness activities, and workplace safety practices.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related engineering discipline with 2-5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 0-3 years of related experience in environmental health and safety, industrial safety, manufacturing, environmental compliance, or a related discipline.\nKnowledge of environmental, health, and safety engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.\nUnderstanding of OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations governing manufacturing operations.\nExperience applying hazard assessments, incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective action methodologies.\nKnowledge of hazardous materials management, hazardous waste regulations, industrial hygiene principles, and workplace safety programs.\nUnderstanding of root cause analysis, emergency preparedness, environmental management practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate safety data, identify workplace risks, and support regulatory compliance.\nApplies sound judgment when balancing regulatory requirements, workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and operational objectives.\nMicrosoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent applications.\nEnvironmental health and safety management systems, e.g. VelocityEHS, Cority, Enablon, or equivalent applications.\nIncident reporting and data analysis tools, e.g. Power BI, Minitab, or equivalent
