manufacturing activities throughout the production lifecycle.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssemble mechanical and electrical components, subassemblies, and products using approved work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, production equipment, and test equipment supporting manufacturing activities.\nPerform production tasks, troubleshoot routine assembly issues, and maintain established quality and productivity standards.\nPerform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring equipment and inspection tools.\nVerify completed assemblies meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.\nRecord production, inspection, traceability, and nonconformance information in manufacturing documentation.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, production control, and supply chain teams supporting production activities.\nSupport material handling, equipment setup, inventory accuracy, workstation organization, and continuous production flow.\nCommunicate production status, quality concerns, equipment issues, and improvement opportunities to supervisors and team members.\nApply manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies throughout production.\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.\nRecommend improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate degree, technical certification, formal occupational training, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience in manufacturing technology, industrial technology, electronics technology, mechanical technology, or a related technical field preferred.\n0-3 years of related experience in manufacturing, production assembly, mechanical assembly, electronics assembly, or related production operations.\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and engineering drawings.\nProficiency using hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and manufacturing documentation.\nUnderstanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, production processes, and safe manufacturing practices.\nExperience applying manufacturing documentation, material handling, and production procedures.\nApplies sound judgment and attention to detail while supporting manufacturing operations and resolving routine production issues.\nMicrosoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.\nManufacturing equipment, test equipment, and production systems used to support assembly and manufacturing operations.\nManufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP systems, and electronic work instruction applications, e.g. Epicor, SAP, Solumina, or equivalent
