products comply with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections in accordance with engineering drawings, inspection plans, and quality standards.\nVerify product dimensions, workmanship, materials, and documentation to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and established acceptance criteria.\nIdentify, document, and communicate product nonconformances while supporting containment activities to prevent nonconforming material from progressing through production.\nComplete inspection records, quality documentation, inspection reports, and nonconformance records accurately and in accordance with quality management system requirements.\nRecord inspection results, measurement data, and quality observations to maintain product traceability and support quality reporting activities.\nAssist with quality trend reporting by maintaining inspection documentation and providing accurate inspection data for quality reviews and corrective action activities.\nPartner cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing, engineering, operations, and supply chain to support inspection activities and production priorities.\nCommunicate inspection findings, product discrepancies, quality concerns, and nonconformance information to appropriate personnel for timely resolution.\nSupport manufacturing readiness, product acceptance, and continuous improvement activities by providing accurate inspection information and quality feedback.\nAssist with implementation of quality control procedures and inspection activities that improve product quality and manufacturing consistency.\nMaintain inspection equipment, work areas, inspection documentation, and measurement records in accordance with established procedures.\nContribute to continuous improvement of inspection processes, quality control activities, and manufacturing operations.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate degree, formal occupational training, or industry certification in Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred. 0-3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related field.\nKnowledge of quality control, inspection methods, and manufacturing quality principles.\nUnderstanding of engineering drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, acceptance criteria, and quality documentation requirements.\nExperience applying inspection techniques, nonconformance reporting procedures, and controlled documentation practices.\nKnowledge of measurement tools, inspection equipment, product verification methods, and quality control processes.\nUnderstanding of quality management systems, product traceability, corrective action processes, and manufacturing quality requirements.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects, inspection discrepancies, and quality concerns.\nApplies sound judgment when evaluating product conformity, inspection results, and compliance with quality standards.\nMicrosoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent applications.\nQuality management systems (QMS), e.g. ETQ Reliance, Arena QMS, MasterControl, or equivalent applications.\nInspection and measurement systems, e.g. CMM software, digital measurement tools, or equivalent
