engineering, manufacturing, quality, and cost requirements.\nWorking cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams, this role supports manufacturing engineering activities throughout the product lifecycle.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop manufacturing processes, production workflows, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions supporting complex products and assemblies.\nConduct engineering analyses, process evaluations, time studies, and capacity analyses to improve production performance.\nEvaluate engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and manufacturing requirements while resolving moderately complex manufacturing challenges.\nConduct manufacturing process validation, equipment qualification, first article builds, and production readiness activities.\nEvaluate production performance, manufacturing data, process capability, and quality metrics while resolving moderately complex manufacturing issues.\nValidate manufacturing processes through root cause investigations, engineering changes, and corrective actions.\nCollaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, production control, and operations teams, providing manufacturing engineering support.\nDevelop manufacturing documentation, work instructions, engineering reports, and process flows, shaping content and format based on program needs.\nSupport design reviews, manufacturing reviews, engineering investigations, and new product introduction activities by providing manufacturing engineering guidance.\nMaintain manufacturing documentation, process records, and configuration-controlled technical information.\nEvaluate manufacturing methodologies and production processes to identify improvements.\nRecommend improvements that enhance manufacturability, quality, and production readiness.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nA Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.\nExperience with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) of electronics hardware.\nKnowledge of industry standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001.\nExperience with change management, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria.\nExperience with cost analysis, managing suppliers, and configuration management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nStatistical process control.\nExperience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries.\nProficiency with PLM and ERP software.\nProficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements.\nProficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies.\nExperience successfully tackling multiple high-priority
