objectives.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead quality assurance activities by evaluating product and process requirements, inspection results, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with established standards.\nPerform quality evaluations, inspections, process monitoring, and product verification activities while identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions that improve product quality and manufacturing performance.\nSupport validation activities, first article inspections, process verification, and quality reviews that ensure products and manufacturing processes meet customer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.\nMaintain quality records, inspection documentation, nonconformance reports, and quality data within quality management systems to support compliance, traceability, and reporting.\nAnalyze quality metrics, inspection results, process performance, defect trends, and process capability to identify opportunities for quality improvement and operational excellence.\nLead root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities by documenting findings, verifying implementation effectiveness, and monitoring long-term corrective actions.\nPartner cross-functionally with quality, engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and finance to align quality objectives with operational priorities and customer requirements.\nCommunicate quality issues, inspection findings, process concerns, corrective action status, quality trends, and improvement recommendations to appropriate stakeholders.\nCoordinate quality activities that support manufacturing readiness, product acceptance, customer requirements, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDrive implementation of quality process improvements and operational initiatives that improve product quality, manufacturing performance, and process consistency.\nMaintain quality documentation, inspection records, procedures, audit documentation, and reports in accordance with quality management system requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance processes, manufacturing operations, and overall organizational performance.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with 5-8 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3-6 years of related experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related discipline.\nStrong knowledge of quality assurance, quality engineering, manufacturing quality, and process improvement principles.\nUnderstanding of quality management systems, inspection methodologies, product verification, process control techniques, quality planning, and risk-based quality management.\nExperience applying quality procedures, inspection documentation, nonconformance reporting, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and quality reporting processes.\nKnowledge of quality standards, root cause analysis methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), measurement systems analysis (MSA), process capability analysis, and continuous improvement principles.\nFamiliarity with internal auditing practices, inspection methods, manufacturing quality requirements, and regulatory compliance expectations.\nAbility to analyze quality data, identify process issues, evaluate quality trends, and implement practical quality improvements that support operational objectives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate inspection results, manufacturing performance, process capability, and quality risks to support informed quality decisions.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent applications.\nQuality management systems (QMS), e.g. ETQ Reliance, Arena QMS, MasterControl, or equivalent applications.\nStatistical analysis and reporting tools, e.g. Minitab, JMP, or equivalent
