Become part of CesiumAstro’s growth, success, and future!\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDefine requirements, designs, and provide ongoing support for electrical ground support equipment (EGSE) development for testing a satellite.\nWork with Systems Engineering to establish test plans and maintain requirements verification test matrix.\nWork with Program Management to build AI&T schedules that inform master schedules.\nSupport on-orbit mission operations with knowledge gained from integration/test activities.\nValidate all electrical interfaces between test equipment and flight hardware.\nProvide expert guidance and peer review for satellite assembly, integration, and test campaigns.\nDevelop and execute acceptance/qualification testing activities including, but not limited to, vibration, acoustic, shock, propulsion static fires, EMI/EMC, RF, self compatibility, ground compatibility, day in the life (DITL), and thermal vacuum testing.\nLead anomaly reporting as well as root cause and corrective action implementation in a manner that indicates sound engineering judgement and applies excellent communication skills.\nTroubleshoot electrical issues during sub-system, and component integration and test.\nLead and participate in integration and test readiness reviews along with post-operational briefings.\nAnalyze, document, and present integration and test data to support verification activities.\nAuthor test procedures and lead/conduct test activities.\nSupport satellite AI&T and launch operations effort (including the sequence of activities, required facilities, special test equipment, personnel, schedule, risks, and opportunities).\nWork both independently and in teams to achieve integration and test objectives.\nIdentify, support, and help enforce safety policies and practices for assembly, integration, and test activities.\nWork onsite in the lab and cleanroom daily for AI&T operations.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum of a B.S. degree in aerospace, electrical, or related engineering discipline.\nMinimum of 12 years experience including prior significant roles on spacecraft or related systems assembly, integration and test operations. \nMust have prior experience in multiple stages of satellite and component/GSE development including early design for test, test operations, and operational missions.\nExperience in requirements management, system design, integration, and test.\nProficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, with willingness to learn new ones.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nTest experience with RF communication systems.\nTest experience with EMI/EMC compatibility and mitigation.\nExperience using COSMOS and
