You’ll bring a strategic, data-driven approach to sourcing while serving as a trusted advisor on talent market trends and competitive intelligence.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles across systems engineering, RF/communications, avionics, software, manufacturing, and other aerospace domains.\nBuild and own high-quality candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nCreate talent maps across key competitors, niche skill sets, and emerging talent pools.\nDrive consistent delivery of highly qualified candidates for assigned roles.\nServe as a subject matter expert on aerospace and defense talent markets, including cleared talent.\nProvide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning.\nAdvise recruiters and hiring managers on effective sourcing strategies and market conditions.\nTrack and report on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and channel performance.\nCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs.\nParticipate in intake meetings to calibrate candidate profiles and hiring strategies.\nHelp refine job requirements and align on candidate quality and expectations.\nProactively engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.\nConduct initial screenings to assess technical expertise, domain knowledge, and alignment with CesiumAstro’s mission.\nBuild strong candidate relationships and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or engineering-driven industries.\nProven success sourcing for niche, hard-to-fill technical roles.\nStrong understanding of aerospace and defense roles (e.g., systems engineering, avionics, RF, software, manufacturing).\nFamiliarity with U.S. security clearances and related hiring considerations.\nExpertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, or similar platforms.\nExperience with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret sourcing data.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced
