As such, excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements.\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues by applying engineering principles and problem-solving skills.\nCreate and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flowcharts.\nCollect and analyze data from manufacturing processes to identify trends and areas for improvement.\nAssist in quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and root cause analysis for non-conforming products.\nLearn and apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes and reduce waste.\nStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nCurrent enrollment in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s program in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field at an accredited institution.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and improve manufacturing processes.\nBasic understanding of manufacturing processes, CAD software, and engineering principles.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment, share ideas, and contribute to collective goals.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.\nHigh level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in process documentation and quality control activities.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.\nProactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nFamiliarity with electronics assemblies.\nExperience with SMT methods.\nExperience with CNC
