seniors with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.\nPractical experience working with space systems through coursework, internships, clubs, or research.\nExcellent written and verbal technical communication skills.\nStrong sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nTeam player who works well with cross-functional groups and adapts quickly to changing priorities.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nExperience with systems engineering tools and methodologies, such as requirements flow-down, interface control, system budgets, or validation planning.\nFamiliarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., Cameo, SysML) is a plus.\nParticipation in student design teams, such as CubeSat, rocketry, or aerospace competitions.\nExposure to hardware/software integration or system-level testing.\nAerospace or defense industry experience is a
