Description]\nBenefits Administration (Primary Focus):\n- Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, wellness, retirement (401(k)/403(b)), and other voluntary benefits.\n- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.\n- Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in HRIS and with benefits providers.\n- Conduct new hire benefit orientations and annual open enrollment.\n- Reconcile benefits invoices and ensure timely, accurate payment and payroll deductions.\n- Maintain up-to-date benefits documentation, plan summaries, and employee communication materials.\n- Stay informed of legislative changes impacting benefits (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FAMLI, FMLA) and ensure company compliance.\n- Work with brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve issues and manage renewals.\n- Analyze benefits data to support budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.\nGeneral Human Resources Support:\n- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.\n- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in the HRIS system.\n- Support employee leave administration including FMLA, FAMLI, and other leave types.\n- Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance audits.\n- Respond to routine employee questions related to HR policies and procedures.\nRequirements\n- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n- 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration and general HR functions.\n- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.\n- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\n- Excellent organizational and communication skills.\n- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with
