Also, this position Assist Manager to ensure accurate use of SAP, MES, and ERP/MRP systems to support production planning and control.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProduction Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements.\nMonitor actual production against plan and adjust schedules as needed.\nIdentify capacity constraints, material shortages, equipment issues, and delivery risks.\nDevelop recovery plans when production schedules are at risk.\nCommunicate production priorities and schedule changes to relevant departments.\nMaterial & Inventory Control\nMonitor material availability against production requirements.\nCoordinate material shortages and supplier issues with Materials and Purchasing.\nMonitor WIP and finished goods inventory levels.\nSupport inventory reduction while maintaining production continuity.\nSystem & Data Management\nMaintain accurate production orders and planning data in SAP, MES, and ERP/MRP systems.\nVerify production quantities, inventory transactions, and production confirmations.\nIdentify and resolve discrepancies between system data and actual production.\nCustomer Delivery & Performance\nMonitor customer schedules and delivery requirements.\nIdentify potential delivery risks and coordinate corrective actions.\nMonitor key KPIs including schedule attainment, WIP, inventory, downtime, shortages, and on-time delivery.\nSupport production flow, lead-time, and capacity improvement activities.\nCross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate production requirements with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics.\nSupport new product launches, engineering changes, planned shutdowns, and production recovery activities.\nEscalate significant production or customer issues to Plant Management.\nTEAM LEADERSHIP\nEstablish work priorities and monitor departmental performance.\nProvide training and cross-training as required.\nSKILLS / REQUIREMENTS\nStrong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory control.\nERP/MRP experience;
